Team Overview

Join our team as a Senior Web Developer and bring deep WordPress expertise to life through elegant, scalable web solutions. You'll lead the development of complex front- and back-end systems, leveraging your skills in PHP, custom plugin development, and seamless API integrations to power our digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress plugins, themes, blocks, and layouts tailored to business needs.


• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.


• Customize and extend WordPress themes and custom post types.


• Optimize performance and scalability across WordPress instances and configurations.


• Implement best practices in security, coding standards, and maintainability.


• Design and implement robust integrations with external services (e.g., CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, payment gateways, RESTful APIs), including managing authentication protocols (OAuth, tokens, etc.) and ensuring reliable data exchanges.


• Collaborate with the Operations team to monitor site uptime, performance, and server logs; ensure timely updates, patches, and backups with minimal downtime.


• Troubleshoot bugs and user issues with precision and clear documentation.


• Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations.


• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes.


• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.


• 5+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio of WordPress-driven projects.


• 3+ years working within Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban environments.


• Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design best practices.


• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and building/maintaining integrations.


• Proficiency with Git, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Familiarity with accessibility and SEO best practices.


• Experience with Docker and local development environments (e.g., wp-env).


• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, and sprint cycles.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with test automation (e.g., Playwright) and headless WordPress implementations.
