BASIS Ed is searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join the team!

BASIS Education is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support student enrollment, school growth, and brand awareness. This role requires strong project management capabilities and a proactive approach to managing the network-wide marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on message, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the annual and monthly marketing calendar across all BASIS Charter Schools, aligning campaigns with key enrollment milestones and organizational priorities.
• Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support student recruitment, school openings, and organizational visibility.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and social channels.
• Track and report on campaign progress, adjusting timelines and strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Manage content development for digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Support events, advertising, and PR efforts to promote BASIS Charter Schools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and calendars.
• Proven ability to plan and oversee complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and calendar software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for education and the mission of BASIS Charter Schools

Preferred:

• Experience in K–12 or charter school marketing
• Familiarity with enrollment-driven campaigns or education admissions cycles
