Senior Director, Suite Sales & Service
- Drive new revenues through available product offering including ticket plans, groups and single game tickets.
- Aggressively prospect, research, and develop new sales leads while building a strong book of business.
- Actively coach staff to meet and exceed established sales goals for both new business and member retention.
- Develop and execute innovative sales campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate special sales and membership events to drive new revenue and engagement.
- Assist with campaign planning, season ticket renewals, and member outreach initiatives.
- Oversee the development of year-round engagement strategies aimed at building long-term relationships with suite members and premium client to maximize customer loyalty.
- Ensure all premium clients receive a personalized and exceptional experience, from initial sales conversations through the entire customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, and guest services) to ensure seamless execution of premium products and services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead the creation and implementation of tailored experiences and exclusive benefits for suite members, driving engagement and retention.
- Leverage client feedback and market trends to continually improve premium offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of suite sales managers and experience staff, ensuring they meet or exceed performance goals.
- Establish clear performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback to team members, helping them develop both personally and professionally.
- Create and execute regular training opportunities to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, continuous learning, and excellence in service.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify growth opportunities, offering individualized support and professional development to team members.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Flexible availability, including the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays as required for games and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 4-6 years of outbound specific sales and/or service experience within the sports and entertainment industry.
- 3-5 years managing sales and/or service teams within the sports and entertainment industry.
- Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
- S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
- Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
