Responsibilities

As the lead aesthetic injector, you will play a pivotal role in elevating both patient outcomes and brand visibility. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Performing advanced aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PDO threads, PRP/PRF, and other injectables
• Providing thorough consultations, educating patients on treatment plans, safety, and post-care
• Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless, confidence-boosting experience for every client
• Staying up to date on new aesthetic technologies and procedures to maintain cutting-edge expertise
• Capturing on-brand before/after content and educational moments for social media
• Representing Haus of Confidence on-camera and at community or brand events
• Participating in team training, promotional campaigns, and content creation sessions
• Taking initiative to build your book of business and client relationships with integrity and consistency

Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time aesthetic injecting experience in a clinical medspa or cosmetic practice
• Active Arizona license as an RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, or NMD
• Extensive hands‑on proficiency with:
• PDO threads
• PRP/PRF applications
• Laser and regenerative treatments
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, symmetry, and assessment protocols
• On-camera confidence and ability to educate and engage audiences via social media
• Passion for aesthetic artistry and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Ethical, consultative sales approach with a client-first mindset
• A proven ability to build and retain a loyal patient base
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
