AlterMe is in a high-growth phase. We're scaling our Fitness Advisor team across the Salt Lake area and we need someone who can find the people who'll make it happen. If you know how to identify sales talent, move fast, and care about quality over quota-filling, read on.

What you'd actually be doing

You'll own the recruiting pipeline for our Fitness Advisor (sales) roles — sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the process efficiently. This isn't a post-and-pray role. We need someone proactive who builds pipelines, not just applicant lists. You'll work closely with our leadership team to understand what great looks like and filter hard for it.

Who we're looking for

You've been hired for sales roles before. You know the difference between someone who can talk and someone who can close. You're organized, fast, and honest — with candidates and internally. You take ownership of your pipeline and follow through.

Experience with high-volume team build outs, inside sales recruiting, or fitness/health-adjacent recruiting is a plus. But the real requirement is great judgment. We'd rather have someone who's placed 10 great salespeople than 100 mediocre ones.

Requirements

• Prior experience recruiting for sales roles
  

• Ability to effectively tell the AlterMe story and attract desirable candidates
  

• Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, local networks
  

• Clear, direct communicator with candidates and hiring managers
  

• Based in or near Lehi, UT
  

• Able to work independently
  

Nice to have

• Experience with fitness, health, or wellness products
  

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho)
  

• Local Salt Lake market knowledge
  

Compensation

$25/hour with performance-based bonuses tied to successful placements. We pay for the impact you deliver.
