As an Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Watson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Must be tech-savvy
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Licensing is not required
