Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking CNC Swiss Lathe Machinists for a direct hire opportunity in Mesa, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of interconnect products for Military, Commercial Aerospace, and Industrial markets.

• Location: Mesa, AZ
• Pay: $20–$29/hour
• Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11:30 PM (5% Shift Differential)
• 3rd Shift: 3:30 PM – 7:30 AM (10% Shift Differential)

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss Lathe Machines
• Assist Production Supervisors in meeting KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost)
• Advocate for Lean & 5S practices across the company
• Conduct "in-process" quality inspections to ensure the highest standards
• Collaborate with team members to optimize productivity and solve production issues
• Use gaging, hand measuring tools, and metrology equipment to deliver high-quality components
• Support preventative maintenance and report machine issues
• Provide translation services for team members when needed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lathe production, specifically with CNC & related equipment
• Experience with CNC Swiss Lathe Machines such as ZPS, Tornos, Citizen, Esco, and Tsugami preferred
• Ability to read and interpret job layouts, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong time management skills with the ability to provide hourly production stats
• Excellent attendance and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to work on a busy manufacturing floor
