• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment • Verbal and written communication skills, basic reading, writing, and English speaking skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)• Strong attention to detail • Ability to drive a golf cart, walk, and answer a radio • Ability to work outdoors up to95% of the shift,under all seasonal weather conditions and during the night • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Shift times are typically 5:00pm-9:30pm. • Previous Housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort preferred.
