Job Description

The Plumbing Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to plumbing-related service calls, diagnosing issues, performing basic repairs, and coordinating with field plumbers and office staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

• Receive and respond to plumbing service calls, ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly.
• Inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance or minor repairs on plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about service findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with dispatchers and plumbers to ensure service schedules are efficient and coordinated.
• Complete service reports, logs, and documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.
• Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner at all times.

• Minimum 1–3 years of Residential Plumbing experience, including customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or on-call shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Background checks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor as needed.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions (indoors/outdoors, tight spaces, etc.).
