You’ll partner closely with cross‑department leaders to provide clear financial insights that drive smart decisions across the organization. In addition, you will champion process improvements, streamline systems, and implement best practices that support our rapid growth and operational excellence. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; experience in a multi-unit, hospitality, or restaurant environment highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and executive leadership.
• Proficiency with accounting software; experience with ERP systems a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for executive leadership.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Support the budgeting process across all stores.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to support growth and operational needs.
• Coordinate external audits and act as the primary liaison with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives.
• Implement and optimize accounting software systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds; bend, Stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed pharmaceuticals and/or OT that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
