Were looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who thrives on getting the details right and keeping financial systems running smoothly.

This role is central to our day-to-day operations. You'll own the accounting processes that keep our properties, owners, and tenants aligned.

• Oversee owner accounts, A/R, and paying monthly rent to owners.
• Enter HOA assessments, utility bills, and daily transactions for both trust and overhead accounts.
• Perform triple tie-outs and ensure all financial records reconcile accurately.
• Verify and track management fees, ensuring all fees are billed and collected.
• Review and audit debit card activity.
• Prepare and post accurate owner statements.
• Oversee delinquency and eviction processes; coordinate directly with attorneys.
• Manage dispositions by reviewing inspections, assessing damages, and calculating tenant deposit returns.

What You'll Bring:

Were open to both experienced accountants and skilled bookkeepers who know property management accounting. A degree is not required, but accuracy and experience are key.

• 3-5+ years of experience in accounting or property management

• Strong understanding of trust accounting, owner/tenant ledgers, and property management workflows

• Experience with accounting or property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable in a small, casual office setting

• Able to handle a fast-paced workload with professionalism and humor
