* Continued Professional Development Job Details Supervisor Patient Access - Home Infusion: The Supervisor will provide oversight of the team's Patient Access Liaisons ensuring timeliness of referrals, strong customer service, and successful onboarding of infusion patients. Qualifications:
* Associates Degree preferred
* 3 or more years of healthcare customer services experience
* Experience managing patient referrals, insurance eligibility and verification, co-pays & deductibles, Medicare, etc.
