Qualifications:
- Professional Arizona OT license in good standing.
- Fingerprint clearance card.
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
- CPR.
- TB skin test.
- 1 Year of Home Health experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Per Diem.
