Bartender – Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse (Shea & Scottsdale)

About Us:
Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse is where smoked classics, craft cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere come together. We’re looking for skilled, energetic Bartenders to join our Shea location and deliver an unforgettable bar experience to every guest.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming bar environment.
- Prepare, mix, and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our drink menu, seasonal cocktails, and smoked specialties to make recommendations.
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Arizona liquor laws.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately.
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Engage with guests and ensure they’re enjoying their experience.
- Support servers and teammates to maintain smooth, fast-paced service.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong mixology knowledge and customer service skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Arizona alcohol service laws (Title 4 certification preferred).
- Accuracy in handling money and operating a POS system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:
- Weekday and weekend shifts available.
- Evening and late-night availability required.
