Construction Manager

salary: $77.00 - 89.33 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site representative for Our Client, establishing project goals and maintaining alignment among architects, engineers, contractors, and operational teams.
- Monitor field activities to verify work meets approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements, while identifying and tracking resolutions for site deficiencies.
- Collaborate with finance and project controls to monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts, while reviewing contractor progress and change requests.
- Review drawings, submittals, and technical documentation to resolve constructability concerns, design conflicts, and manage RFIs to maintain momentum.
- Monitor procurement schedules for long-lead materials and critical equipment, tracking manufacturing, shipping, and installation milestones.
