Physical Therapist – Baltimore, MD | Monday–Friday Day Shifts
Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver compassionate care in a collaborative rehab setting in Baltimore, Maryland. This assignment is ideal for clinicians who value consistent weekday hours, high standards of care, and working with a supportive team.
Position Overview:
Location: Baltimore, MD
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
Productivity Requirement: 90%
Duration: 13-week assignment (potential for extension)
EMR System: Rehab Optima experience preferred
Qualifications:
Valid Maryland Physical Therapist license
SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong documentation, assessment, and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
