**Responsibilities to Anticipate:**
+ Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, removing trash, and other duties necessary to maintain good housekeeping in office and plant areas.
+ Cleans and maintains clean rooms to government and/or required specifications.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
+ Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight.
+ Three (3) months custodial experience performing the following custodial work:
+ Stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.
+ Cleaning and care of carpeted areas.
+ Must pass qualifying and/or practical test.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
+ The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

_This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. Wage and work place conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union._
_This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
