• Lead: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of 4–8 pastry pros and supervisors.
• Collaborate: Partner with Executive Chefs to elevate the entire culinary scene in Sedona, Arizona .
• Master the Craft: Oversee daily operations, ensuring every bite is a masterpiece while maintaining top-tier efficiency and cost control.
