Your New Role

• Work onsite in Anthem, AZ 85086

• Dispatch residential HVAC service technicians using ServiceTitan by matching technicians to jobs based on skillset, workload, and customer needs

• Coordinate daily technician schedules to maximize productivity and maintain an efficient service board

• Monitor incoming service requests from phone, email, and online channels to ensure prompt customer response

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field technicians by providing appointment confirmations, ETA updates, and scheduling changes

• Communicate job details, customer notes, and routing updates to technicians throughout the day

• Maintain a service board scheduled at least three days in advance while adapting to emergency calls and changing priorities

• Complete 10-to-Close check-ins with technicians to ensure service calls are properly documented before closing

• Follow up on customer estimates to support team performance and revenue goals

• Maintain accurate dispatch records, technician assignments, and customer communications within ServiceTitan

• Prepare daily dispatch reports and communicate operational updates to leadership

• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, technician utilization, and the overall customer experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home services industry

• Previous HVAC dispatch experience

• Proficiency with ServiceTitan is required

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

• Residential HVAC experience preferred

• Experience dispatching multiple field technicians preferred

• Familiarity with routing software or GPS mapping tools preferred

• Experience tracking dispatch performance metrics and KPIs preferred

• Ability to work a Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule
