Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license in Arizona.
• Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy role preferred.
• Understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and familiarity with the evaluation process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage students, educators, and families.
• Ability to adapt intervention strategies to support a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and assist with developing tailored intervention plans.
• Document and report progress, ensuring compliance with special education laws and school guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student potential.
• Maintain timely records and contribute to team meetings as needed.
• Adapt activities to ensure students’ participation in summer learning experiences.
