ABOUT THE POSITION: Now Hiring for Baristas & Cashiers We are searching for hard-working, experienced Baristas passionate about food and beverage preparation. In this role, you will greet guests, answer questions, take orders, accept payments, and serve food and drinks. To succeed in this position, you should be committed to providing guests with excellent service that forms solid and friendly personal connections. During training, you will train in each area of the restaurant to understand the flow and responsibilities of each person. Barista/Cashier Responsibilities- Greet guests and make them feel at home and welcome.
- Keep up on any new items or specials we're offering. Educate guests about any updates and answer questions about the menu.
- Accept orders and payments from guests.
- Prepare beverages to the guest's specifications and produce high-quality drinks. Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving guests.
- Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve quality.
- Work as part of a fun, high-energy team.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Eagerness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- An upbeat, polite, and engaging personality.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Enthusiasm to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
