Position: Developer Lead

Job Duties:

1. Design, develop, test, debug, and document programs on large-scale, complex eCommerce applications.
2. Specify and implement project architecture, standards, and processes.
3. Research and document clients' technical requirements, system architecture, and high-level technical design.
4. Develop technical project schedules, plans, task assignments, and time estimates; communicate project progress to senior project staff.
5. Lead low-level design development and oversee project code implementation.
6. Conduct final code review and approval for release to production.
7. Create and maintain project documentation, build applications or models, and develop programs for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
8. Position reports out of Chandler, AZ HQ office but telecommuting is permitted on case-to-case basis.

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Communications Engineering, Communication Systems, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related. Employer will accept foreign equivalent if in the same field.

Experience Requirements:

• 24 months of experience in job offered, Sr. Programmer Analyst, I.T. Analyst, or closely related

Special skills requirements:

1. Using interface Mock-up design as per customer’s standards, integrating with java developer’s code to shape a complete project.
2. Performed cross browser compliance
3. OO JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 web development skills
4. Web Integration with Java/J2ee enterprise applications such as springs & struts MVC.
5. Development of responsive web pages as per UX design.
6. Performance optimization of desktop & mobile web applications.
7. Incorporating Web accessibility compliance – Section 508
8. Utilized skills including Core java, PL/SQL and SAS

Salary : Available upon request
