Looking for a Delivery Driver , Courier , or Non-CDL Delivery Driver job near Chandler, AZ 85286? Welch 4 Inc is hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers to deliver packages for FedEx Ground. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being home every night, we'd love to have you on our team.

You'll report daily to the FedEx terminal at 2650 E. Queen Creek Rd., Chandler, AZ 85286 and deliver to local homes and businesses.
Pay & Benefits- $850-$1,010+ per week + weekly stop bonuses
- Paid training
- Weekly pay

- Full-Time
- Wednesday-Sunday
- Start: 7:45 AM | Finish: Approximately 2:30-4:30 PM
- Average 130 package delivery stops per day
- Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections
- Deliver and scan packages
- Use GPS to complete your delivery route
- Lift and move packages up to 150 lbs.
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- No CDL required
