As a second-generation State Farm Agent, I grew up in the insurance business, spending many hours in my mom’s State Farm office in New Mexico. I love to take time to discuss my customers' individual and unique insurance and financial needs. I am committed to community involvement and charity, and love tennis and pickleball. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
