We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused servers to join our Born & Bred by Aftermath team in Chandler. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment. Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:

● Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

● Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

● Ensure timely and accurate order taking, including special requests and modifications.

Service Excellence:

● Demonstrate a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

● Deliver food and beverages promptly and with precision, ensuring quality presentation.

● Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any additional requests.

Product Knowledge:

● Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and menu changes.

● Continuously expand knowledge of food and beverage offerings to provide informed suggestions to guests.

Team Collaboration:

● Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.

● Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Upselling and Revenue Generation:

● Promote additional menu items, wine pairings, and desserts to enhance the overall dining experience.

● Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective upselling techniques.

Compliance and Hygiene:

● Adhere to health and safety regulations and with a current Maricopa Food Handlers certification.

● Adhere to liquor laws and regulations and possess a current Title IV Liquor certification.

● Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dress code at all times.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.

● Strong knowledge of wine and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations.

● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
