We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee critical HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Utilize HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian, to streamline workflows and maintain accurate employee records.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, conducting regular audits and updates as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding health, retirement, and other services.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee development and organizational growth.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
• Support hiring processes by coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining ATS systems.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HCM principles and benefit functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
