What You'll Do

As a Fine Jewelry Consultant, you'll be the face of Four Nines Jewelry, guiding clients through a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Educate customers on diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry craftsmanship.
• Assistclients in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, luxury jewelry, custom pieces, and gifts.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain an elegant and inviting showroom environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and product presentation.
• Stay informedonjewelry trends, fashion, and new collections.
• Participate inspecial events, trunk shows, client appreciation events, and community outreach activities.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previousretail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, or high-end customer service.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for luxury products and client relationship building.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends andspecial events.
• Experience with CRM systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.

Pay Structure : Hourly + Commission
