• Pay: $55,000 to $85,000 per year plus commission

• Mandatory technician training every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 AM

Your New Role

• Perform warranty repairs, maintenance, tune-ups, and residential HVAC service calls throughout Phoenix, Anthem, Carefree, Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, and Sun City, Arizona

• Complete work sold by Selling Technicians with a focus on quality installation corrections and warranty service

• Assist with HVAC diagnostics and mechanical repairs under the guidance of experienced team members

• Support installation and service teams with technical tasks and general mechanical work

• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate job progress with the team

• Keep your service van clean, organized, and stocked

• Perform general cleanup and maintain a professional work environment at every job site

• Supply and maintain your own hand tools while using company-provided vehicle and fuel resources

• EPA Certification required

• Minimum 3 years of Residential HVAC experience required

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred but not required

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs

• Willingness to learn and develop advanced troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to commute within approximately 30 miles of Anthem, AZ

• Must provide your own tools

• Ability to work overtime during peak season as needed

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to successfully complete a background check

• Authorized to work in the United States
