Occupational Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
(Required)
- pediatrics (Preferred)
- ortho, neuro, developmental pediatric experience (Preferred)
- Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
(Required) - Eligible for a State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license
(Required) - Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date
(Required) - Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date (Required)
