ABOUT THE ROLE

Schedule: This full-time position works 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

As a Lead HVAC Installer at A&A Cooling & Heating, your day starts bright and early. You lead our team of skilled technicians, guiding them through residential HVAC installations with precision and attention to detail. From conducting site assessments to ensuring installations are completed safely and efficiently, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. With a focus on honesty, positivity, and organization, you work together with your team to exceed customer expectations and provide top-notch work in our community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum: 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Preferred: Attention to detail
