$70,000 - $80,000 A growing distribution and services organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AR function, improve collections performance, and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals. Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team responsible for collections, credit, and receivables activities.
- Drive improvements in cash collections, reduce aging receivables, and strengthen overall AR performance.
- Monitor aging reports and partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
- Establish KPIs, reporting, and accountability measures to drive team performance.
- Support credit management, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including supervisory or team lead experience.
- Proven success improving collections performance, reducing aging receivables, and driving cash flow improvements.
- Experience in a B2B, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
