We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team and help customers find their ideal vehicle.Job DetailsSalary: Competitive compensationJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Avondale, AZ 85323Position OverviewAs an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will manage all sales activities from lead generation to closing deals. This role requires excellent communication, customer service skills, and a strong commitment to assisting customers throughout the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and conduct a needs analysis to understand the desired vehicle make, type, and features.Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives.Use the computer database to research model availability and optional equipment.Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales prices, including taxes, trade-in allowances, license fees, and financing or lease terms.Inspect vehicle inventory on the lot regularly.Complete all paperwork accurately and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.Deliver vehicles to customers and provide thorough orientation on vehicle operation.Participate in required training sessions and department meetings.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Work HoursFull-time position with scheduled shifts aligned with dealership hours.Our CommitmentWe provide a positive work environment with opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training and advancement from within.

Job Requirement:QualificationsOne year of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong sales skills, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service abilities.Organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.Current valid driver's license is required.Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
