Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Specialist (Direct Hire - Onsite)

Our client is looking for someone who understands that accuracy, compliance, and timeliness aren't optional-they're essential .

What You'll Do

• Manage and track bankruptcy and foreclosure accounts from start to resolution
• Perform ledger adjustments, audits, and account reconciliations
• Review, process, and release liens in accordance with policy
• Coordinate with legal counsel on claims, filings, and case updates
• Post payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Communicate with residents and internal teams on sensitive account matters
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all regulations

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in:
  • Bankruptcy, foreclosure, OR default/collections processes
• Strong understanding of:
  • Case timelines
  • Legal documentation
  • Account/ledger management
• Experience in HOA, property management, mortgage servicing, or legal support strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Yardi

Bonus Points

• HOA experience
• Experience with liens (processing/releasing)
• VMS or similar system experience
• CLDP certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
