Overview We are seeking an Online Travel Specialist to assist clients with planning smooth, well-organized travel experiences. This remote role focuses on delivering excellent service through thoughtful consultation, research, and coordination, all in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
Research and present travel options and itineraries
Coordinate bookings and ensure accuracy of travel details
Communicate clearly with clients before and after travel
Maintain organized records using online systems
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including email, internet navigation, and online tools
Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely
High attention to detail and reliability
Stable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
