Receptionist Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Processing check payments received in mail and drop boxes

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Processing return mail and address updates

• Other special projects as assigned

Receptionist Shift Info

• Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Monday- Thursday

• 30 hours weekly

Receptionist Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Receptionist and or office experience required

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen including marijuana

• Successful completion of criminal background check and credit history verification
