Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer / Technical Lead to support Risk Mitigation initiatives, including the NAF Phase II project and 2026 New Account Fraud programs . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity , and candidates must be open to converting to a full-time PNC employee if selected.

Key Responsibilities
-
Align business strategy with scalable software solutions.

Design, develop, and code solutions for complex fraud and risk management needs.
-
Lead complex problem-solving efforts and technical troubleshooting.
-
Oversee technical and procedural documentation.
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
-
Apply modern development methodologies, tools, and principles to enhance business capabilities.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Actimize implementations within financial services.

Experience supporting fraud detection and risk mitigation platforms.

Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in banking or financial services industry.
-
Prior experience in fraud or anti-money laundering (AML) initiatives.

Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
