Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 an hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 p m
Location: North Phoenix, AZ

At Ally Pediatric Therapy, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech-language, and feeding therapy, providing personalized care that empowers families and supports children’s growth journeys. Responsibilities
- Implement personalized ABA treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Track client progress toward treatment goals, prepare necessary materials for sessions, and communicate updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team.
- Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment delivery and attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days upon hire.
- Reliable transportation for travel to therapy centers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements
- Active role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
- Must be able to lift and carry clients and move quickly to ensure their safety.
