Volume is strong. Robotics is expanding. Specialty programs are well established. The infrastructure has been rebuilt.

This role is about stepping into momentum and helping drive the next phase.

The Department at a Glance

• 15+ ORs running 45 to 60 cases daily
• Robust Robotics program
• Cardiovascular Hybrid Suite, Neuro, Robotics
• Large GI Suite and Outpatient Surgery Center
• PACU and multiple Pain Suites
• 10 direct reports including Coordinators, Charge Nurses, and a Supervisor

This is high-volume, high-complexity perioperative leadership.

Where You Will Make Impact

• Optimize throughput and block utilization
• Develop frontline leaders and succession bench strength
• Strengthen surgeon relationships and daily operations
• Support continued growth in Robotics and specialty service lines
• Drive accountability while maintaining strong team engagement

You will partner directly with a Director who has already proven she can rebuild and elevate a department. There is alignment at the top.

Requirements :

• RN and Bachelor's required, Master's preferred
• Minimum 3 years of OR leadership in a similar-sized environment
• Specialty certification (preferred)
