Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspection of PCB assemblies manufactured per customer specification of in-process and final inspection.
• Perform Visual Inspections of Manufactured PCB assemblies to meet IPC A 610
• Interpret Customers blueprints and BOM's
• Assist in gathering and analysis of in-process and final inspection data
• Performs first article inspections.

Skills Required:

• Experience in quality assurance or quality control

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
