Loader - 2nd Shift (3PM-1:30AM)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Loader/ General Laborers to support daily warehouse and production operations in Phoenix, AZ 85017 with $18/hr pay for a short term 1-month contract temp role . Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, capable of lifting up to 60 lbs., and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions; must have forklift experience and steel toe shoes . Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule : 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, OT as needed weekends as needed. 

Loaders are expected to work outdoors due to the nature of the position.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and trailers with products manually and/or with forklift.
• Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive correct equipment and product loads.
• Input product loads in and out of inventory system.
• Participate in daily inventory activities including cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas.
• Park route delivery trucks in designated areas within facility.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Prior forklift experience and current forklift certification.
• Comfortable lifting up to 66 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours or weekends if needed.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory and data entry.
• Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and communication.
