Practice Administrator
We are seeking a full-time skilled Practice Administrator to oversee the administrative, fiscal, and personnel functions of our medical facility. This role ensures efficient daily operations, strong financial performance, high-quality patient care, and a positive work environment.
Location and Schedule: Chandler and Mesa, AZ. Full-time Monday - Friday
Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $100,000 + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and staffing to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term fiscal sustainability.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and regulatory standards.
Implement policies to improve workflow, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Foster collaboration across departments and maintain strong community relationships.
Promote a supportive, team-oriented culture and safeguard confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a free-standing medical practice preferred.
Understanding of accreditation and certification standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships and motivate staff.
Advanced computer skills and ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
