Executive Assistant to District Manager
Location: Peak Nutrition - Scottsdale, AZ
Job Type: Part-Time (Hybrid: On-Site & Remote)
About the RolePeak Nutrition is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our District Manager. This is not your average administrative position—we are looking for someone who thrives on organization, loves creating order, enjoys managing multiple projects, and takes pride in helping a fast-growing business operate efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a Type-A personality who genuinely enjoys clerical and administrative work, loves checklists and systems, and gets excited about keeping projects moving forward. They are dependable, positive, professional, resourceful, and able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
Track bills, invoices, and recurring expenses to ensure timely payment.
Assist with administrative projects and special assignments.
Create, maintain, and improve organizational systems and processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate communication between departments and team members.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Research solutions, gather information, and proactively solve problems.
Assist with event planning, meetings, and company initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is organized and accessible.
Help keep leadership focused on priorities and key objectives.

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms, and calendar management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working both on-site and remotely.
Comfortable trying company products, including supplements, energy drinks, protein bars, and other nutrition products.
Reliable transportation for occasional errands, meetings, or store visits.

Compensation: This position pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive individual who is excited to contribute to a growing company and support our leadership team.
