State Fire is a trusted leader in fire protection services, dedicated to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Fire Sprinkler Salesperson to drive sales and business development in the fire sprinkler sector.
Position Overview:
The Fire Sprinkler Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing expert guidance on fire sprinkler systems. This role requires a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of fire protection systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion. This position is based in the office and the field, ensuring active engagement with clients and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in fire sprinkler services, including inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Sales Process Management: Generate leads, provide accurate quotes, and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Technical Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate fire sprinkler system requirements, regulations, and solutions to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Expansion: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Customer Support: Address client concerns, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fire protection sales, fire sprinkler systems, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and willingness to travel as needed.
