Collections Specialist

I'm working with a growing company in the equipment rental / industrial services space that is looking to add a B2B Collections Specialist to support a busy Accounts Receivable team. Due to growth, system changes, and increased workload, they need someone who can step in, stay organized, and help drive collections efforts.

What they're looking for:

* Commercial / B2B collections experience
* Comfortable making outbound collection calls daily
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work through billing issues, disputes, and payment challenges
* Basic Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and reporting
* Someone persistent, professional, and comfortable following issues through to resolution

Position Details:

* Phoenix (I-10 & Baseline area)
* 100% onsite
* Monday-Friday
* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* Minimal overtime (typically month-end or special projects)
