We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented Project Coordinator who is not only skilled in
overseeing renovation and construction projects but also thrives in a sales-oriented
environment . The ideal candidate is a leader who demonstrates integrity, organization, and care
for their team and clients-and is just as passionate about generating new business
opportunities as they are about executing successful projects.

In addition to managing construction and renovation projects, this position places a heavy
emphasis on business development . You will be expected to network with Property
Management companies , cultivate relationships with multifamily property owners and
decision-makers , and actively pursue new project opportunities . If you're a natural connector
with an eye for opportunity and a construction-savvy mindset-this is the role for you.
Job Description:
You will oversee multiple renovation and construction projects while also acting as a
relationship manager and sales representative , working to secure future business and maintain
a solid pipeline of new projects.
Core Responsibilities Include:
• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Determine project budgets, timelines, tools, equipment, and staffing needs.
• Regularly communicate and manage subcontractors and field staff to ensure deadlines
and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain updated project documentation, including expenses, plans, and
reporting for upper management.
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure legal compliance with building and safety codes.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and local authorities as needed.
Sales-Focused Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with other property management companies and
multifamily communities to source and secure renovation projects.
• Actively promote our services and capabilities within the industry.
• Attend industry networking events, build referral networks, and pursue leads.• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals/bids to potential clients.
• Be the face of the company when representing us in sales-related meetings and walk-
throughs.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing renovation and construction projects is required.
• Experience creating proposals/bids and working with outside vendors or property
managers.
• Experience reading construction documents and blueprints.
• Experience supervising construction or renovation projects.
• Prior sales, business development, or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Prefer multifamily renovation experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project scheduling software and documentation tools.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
