TA Administrative Assistant

Acara Solutions is looking for an TA Administrative assistants to work with our partner located out in North Phoenix, AZ who specializes in Semiconductor manufacturing.

Here is what you will get:

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

Duration: 3 months

Here is what you will do:

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team with onboarding and hiring activities.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Process and maintain employee documentation, including I-9 employment verification and E-Verify.
• Enter and track candidate and employee information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Scan, organize, and maintain personnel files in both paper and electronic formats.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, reviewing file accuracy, and distributing onboarding materials.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of I-9 forms and E-Verify (or willingness to learn)
• Good organizational skills
• Accurate data entry and typing skills
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage paper and digital files
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Good time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Willingness to assist with general office tasks as needed
