Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal recovery.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.

• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

• Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care strategies.

• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on achieving targets.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

• Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.

• Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona with experience in Progressive Care Units.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

• Strong assessment skills to monitor and evaluate patient conditions effectively.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare.

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

• Proficient in documenting patient progress and communicating changes effectively.

• Willingness to engage in performance evaluations for personal and team improvement.
