Position: Real Estate - New Agent Mentor Location: Local Hybrid in Tucson Type: Part-Time or Contract Income: Supplemental commission-based income with potential for growth Do you have a passion for coaching others? Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:As a Mentor and part of our Proven leadership team, you will guide new and developing agents through the ins and outs of the business. From contracts and client relationships to marketing and mindset, you’ll be their go-to for knowledge, encouragement, and accountability. You'll provide support through check-ins, training sessions, and real-time guidance to help them succeed. Follow our Proven New Agent Mentor Program and make a difference in the industry.
