Job Description

Join a leading company in restaurant and HVAC supply, where you will work as a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use automated conveyors, sorters, and robots to pick, pack, ship, put away, load, and receive genuine OEM parts. Your role will include assembling and packing purchase orders for shipment, using an RF scanner to pick and put away parts, and maintaining a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scan and sort products for inventory.
• Verify products and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to complete daily orders.
• Measure performance by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed daily.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking and using RF scanners.
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution and logistics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or retail experience.
• At least one position within the last 5 years lasting more than 1 year.
• Ability to move around for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Experience with carts, forklifts, ladders, or reach trucks is a plus but not required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome, retail experience can be considered.

Work Environment

Work in a brand new, climate-controlled facility. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Litchfield Park, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
