Provides overall management and direction of all aspects of collection supplies, receiving, safety check, sorting, tallying, and raw device inventory management for Sustainability Solutions. Responsible for managing the warehousing and distribution of all RDI materials and inventories. Duties include effectively managing inventory, expediting material, performing cycle counts and shipping. Recruits, rewards, and retains staff to ensure we exceed customer expectations and achieve cost-savings and profitability goals.
Responsible for knowing, following, and enforcing appropriate procedures pertaining to all areas and/or team assignments. Responsible for communicating with Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations for guidance and direction.

+ Responsible for setting short and long-term goals of department, measuring performance to goals, and setting priorities to achieve goals.
+ Responsible for setting strategic direction for sort/tally teams and developing and executing plan to achieve strategic goals.
+ Optimize warehouse setup, inventory movements, inventory audits, cycle counting.
+ Develops, implements, maintains, and improves guidelines and procedures for processes to maximize usable RDI to support daily needs of production.
+ Works in accordance with quality system procedures, all regulatory requirements and ensures teams works within these procedures.
+ Develops, implements, and maintains guidelines, procedures, and material control systems.
+ Ensures RDI accuracy, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.
+ Will manage courier related issues to ensure continuous supply of components while monitoring appropriate relationships.
+ Will submit periodic reports on areas of responsibility.
+ Responsible for team complying with company policies and procedures.
+ Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
+ B.S. in Engineering or related field
+ MSE/MBA preferred
+ Minimum of 8 years related work experience
+ Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience
+ Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and/or general engineering, supply planning and problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead/facilitate problem solving and cross functional teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop detailed process plans using applicable tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to implement qualified processes using applicable systems.
+ Demonstrated ability to plan, track and facilitate projects using applicable tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to justify, procure and implement major capital equipment programs.
+ Demonstrated skill in supervisory/managerial positions.
+ Demonstrated computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet database, project management/process flow software).
+ Must be able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines and procedures.
+ Must be able to resolve complex process and/or systems issues using independent judgement and analytical thought.
+ Must be able to routinely make decisions that affect immediate operations and may have a division wide effect.
